What you'll do
- Process purchase orders in company systems and files, including SAP and Excel
- Check order data accuracy and supply chain documentation
- Contact vendors to obtain missing information and answer queries
- Monitor incoming material flow through vendor communications
- Handle order pricing formalities
- Maintain purchasing reporting records
- Manage claims communications with vendors
- Set up follow-up and reminder routines when needed
