What you'll do
- Configure, optimize, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules for global business requirements
- Provide guidance across core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruiting solutions
- Design and support integrations using BIB and middleware across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll, and third-party systems
- Identify process improvements, lead change requests, configure new features, and streamline HR workflows
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, and ensure data integrity
- Translate business strategies into technical configurations with HR and technical stakeholders
- Create functional documentation and training materials, and support end users and administrators
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration across SF EC, EC Payroll, EC Time, PM&GM, LMS, and ONB
- Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
- SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors
- Business Integration Builder (BIB), Middleware, and Data migration and integration
- System testing and troubleshooting
- English proficiency
