What you'll do
- Deploy, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules for global business needs
- Provide expertise across core HR, payroll, time management, talent, and recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB) and middleware solutions
- Improve processes, manage change requests, configure new capabilities, and apply quarterly releases
- Perform system testing, resolve technical and functional issues, and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with HR partners, process owners, and technical teams to translate business strategies into configurations
- Create functional documentation and training materials, and support end users and administrators
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
- Performance & Goals (PM&GM), Learning (LMS), Career and Talent Development, and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB), SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors, and Winston AI integration
- Business Integration Builder (BIB), data migration and integration, and SAP ERP/Payroll integration
- System testing and troubleshooting
- HR business processes
