What you'll do
- Plan and execute medium-scale IT projects across relevant areas of the Bank
- Coordinate IT resources during project procurement processes
- Establish and lead project teams including internal staff and external vendors
- Define project deliverables, milestones, dependencies and prepare progress dashboards and reports
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment
- Manage project and technical risks and support contingency and risk mitigation plans
- Monitor project status and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders and Steering Committee
- Translate technical discussions into clear, business-oriented updates for stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners and collaborate with Domain Leaders to resolve issues
- Prepare regular up-to-date reports on IT project progress
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Project planning, reporting, documentation, and quality assurance principles
- Risk management and stakeholder communication
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
- ITIL knowledge and project lifecycle support for business software or system integration
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills
- Communication skills with a proactive and accountability-driven mindset
- Business Administration / Computer Science / Computer Engineeringpreferred
