What you'll do
- Lead the on-site discovery team through daily planning, task allocation, and progress reviews
- Ensure site discovery meets defined standards and exit criteria
- Maintain the site dossier and confirm its completeness before departure
- Act as the primary contact for client site management during visits
- Plan site visits with the client site owner, including scheduling, access, safety, and stakeholder availability
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and verify the site's IT landscape
- Monitor and resolve on-site risks and issues, escalating when needed
- Transfer site findings to the assessment and planning team
- Provide status updates and effort actuals to the Service Delivery Manager
- Close visits with the client site owner and record lessons learned in the discovery runbook
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Project management and on-site discovery management
- Team leadership and stakeholder engagement
- IT infrastructure and infrastructure and application environments
- Technical discovery and site visit planning
- Documentation and standards and exit criteria adherence
- Risk and issue management, cloud migration, Greek language, English language, and frequent travel
