What you'll do
- Take ownership of day-to-day migration work and keep things moving
- Lead by example through hands-on involvement rather than pure coordination
- Work closely with the architect to apply the agreed migration approach
- Ensure migrations are carried out consistently across the team
- Address real-life issues such as dependencies, environment gaps, and unexpected blockers
- Stay in sync with client teams whenever input or action is needed from their side
- Take responsibility for outcomes rather than waiting for instructions
- Maintain structure and process without overcomplicating the workflow
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Cloud migrations experience with common pitfalls and risks
- AWS core services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools
- CI/CD pipelines and scripting with Python, Bash, or similar
- Network fundamentals and troubleshooting in cloud environments
- Version control systems such as Git
- Experience working in Agile teams
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Greek proficiency
