What you'll do
- Participate in implementing, supporting, and optimizing WMS and logistics solutions.
- Analyze warehouse operations and business processes to translate requirements into effective system solutions.
- Configure the WMS application to meet customer operational needs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL queries.
- Support partners and users during implementations, testing, go-live, and post-production operations.
- Deliver training sessions for users and partner teams.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing.
