What you'll do
- Provide expert partner support via telephone, email, and e-ticket
- Respond to and resolve partner issues efficiently and effectively
- Support partners throughout implementation and provide user training
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and report product malfunctions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and lead process workshops
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- ERP Consulting with hands-on SoftOne ERP experience
- Business Requirement Analysis and translating them into ERP solutions
- Knowledge of Commercial and Accounting Processes
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills for issue resolution
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills in English
- Customer Service orientation with ability to work independently and in a team
- Accounting / Business Administration / Economicspreferred
