What you'll do
- Provide technical support for ENTERSOFTONE Prosvasis applications to end customers
- Offer daily advisory services based on customer needs
- Manage requests and proposals for customer improvements regarding application usage and evolution
Key requirements
- Technical support for accounting applications and accounting & payroll applications
- Knowledge of tax legislation and labor legislation
- Monitoring legislative changes
- Customer service and managing customer requests
- Advisory services and application usage evolution
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
- Economics / Accounting / Any Fieldpreferred
