What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day support to customers via phone, email, and CRM/ticketing systems
- Support customers in the use of Web ERP and commercial software applications
- Understand and record customer business needs and translate them into application configurations
- Configure and parameterize applications according to customer requirements and business processes
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers
- Participate in application testing and collaborate with internal teams on product quality
- Support the Direct Sales team with product knowledge and customer presentations
- Identify additional customer needs and potential cross-selling opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and contribute insights for product and service improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Consulting teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Key requirements
- Business Software Support and ERP Applications
- Accountancy and Commercial Processes including invoicing, orders, sales, and purchases
- Customer Support via CRM and ticketing systems
- Application Configuration and Parameterization
- Presentations and Product Demonstrations
- Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Team Collaboration
- English Language Proficiency and MS Office
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Economicspreferred
