What you'll do
- Participate in multiple ERP projects throughout the implementation life cycle including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define customers’ requirements about business processes
- Create technical solution designs and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing ones according to customers’ needs
- Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to new functionalities and software environment
- Prioritize customers’ needs and proactively identify and resolve problems working closely with the project team
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ERP Implementation Life Cycle and Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Technical Solution Design and Microsoft SQL Server
- Training Delivery and Customer Service Orientation
- Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Independent Work and Team Collaboration
- Computer Science / Economicspreferred
