Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain or Business Central consulting and implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of financial and supply chain processes and translating business needs into system configurations
- Experience in ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and user training
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, integrations, and customizations
- Effective problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and English language proficiency
- Availability for international business travel
- Experience mentoring junior consultants
- Economics / Management Engineering / Technical and Scientific Subjectspreferred

Key Qualifications
• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or other technical-scientific subjects
• Experience in consulting for application and ERP solution management, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain or Business Central)
• Availability to work on international business trips for short periods
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Microsoft certifications in D365 is a plus
In this role you will need to have:
2+ years of experience in consulting, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions (Finance & Supply Chain or Business Central)
In-depth knowledge of financial and supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and user training
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with business leaders and technical teams
Hands-on experience with system configuration, integrations, and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain or Business Central are highly desirable
Experience in mentoring and supporting junior consultants, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment
