What you'll do
- Respond to incidents as 1st level support by analyzing, investigating, and escalating issues to development team
- Continuously analyze and initiate system and process improvements and changes prioritizing risks
- Monitor customer health
- Manage SLA policies and procedures
- Support partners via email and e-ticket
- Respond to partner issues
- Assist partners with implementation and training
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and conduct process workshops
Key requirements
- Knowledge of myDATA (IAPR) focusing on Revenues
- ERP software knowledge, especially Softone ERP
- First level support and incident analysis
- Process improvement and change initiation
- SLA policy management and partner support via email/e-ticket
- Implementation and training assistance
- Problem-solving and customer-oriented skills
- English language proficiency
- Computer Science / Business Administration / Finance / Accounting
