What you'll do
- Embed security across ERP, CRM and cloud products
- Establish security standards, tooling and automation
- Build a network of security champions across development teams
- Maintain the Secure Software Development Lifecycle and secure coding standards
- Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new products and significant changes
- Manage and optimize SAST and SCA platforms, and report key metrics
- Define release-blocking security findings and integrate security checks into delivery pipelines
- Triage, prioritize and drive remediation of software vulnerabilities
- Support penetration testing and DAST, from scoping tests to validating fixes
- Work on web application firewall exceptions and address WAF findings with development teams
- Assess reported product vulnerabilities and provide input for security advisories and EU Cyber Resilience Act notifications
- Define SBOM requirements and manage software supply chain risk
- Review secure development training content and support security champions
- Shape the future of the application security function
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Application and API security; Threat modeling
- SAST, SCA, DAST and Secrets scanning
- CI/CD security integration; Secure Software Development Lifecycle
- Secure coding standards; Software development
- Penetration testing; Vulnerability management
- Software Bill of Materials; Software supply chain security; AI and LLM application security
