What you'll do
- Organize and manage daily bar operations

- Create and update drinks & cocktail menu
- Manage inventory, orders, and costs

- Collaborate with FB Manager to achieve goals

Οργάνωση και καθημερινή διαχείριση του bar
Εκπαίδευση, συντονισμός και αξιολόγηση του προσωπικού
Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
Δημιουργία και ανανέωση καταλόγου ποτών & κοκτέιλ
Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, παραγγελιών και κόστους
Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας (HACCP)
Συνεργασία με FB Manager για την επίτευξη στόχων
🔹 Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
Άριστη γνώση ποτών, κοκτέιλ και σύγχρονων bar trends
Ικανότητες ηγεσίας και οργάνωσης ομάδας
Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (επιπλέον γλώσσες επιθυμητές)
