Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook dishes according to à la carte menu specifications and hotel standards.
· Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
· Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
· Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
· Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes.
· Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred.
· Graduate of a Culinary School.
· Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
· A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
