bartender - new hotel

We are looking for an energetic and talented individual to join our Hotel as a Bartender. Your role is crucial and extends beyond mixing drinks, involves delivering attentive, personalized service and a passion for hospitality, as you will contribute to an enjoyable and positive experience for our guests that reflects the standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve a selection of beverages, and refreshments from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending.

·         Take beverage orders from customers.

·         Make drink recommendations as needed.

·         Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests.

·         Place orders for supplies.

·         Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

·         Maintain a working knowledge of alcohols, beverages.

·         Performing other bartender related duties as required by the F&B department. 

Qualifications:

·         Prior experience as a Bartender/ Barista in a restaurant or 5* hotel is preferred.

·         Strong knowledge of mixology.

·         Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·         Positive attitude and professional appearance.

·         Excellent command of Greek and the English language.

·         Knowledge of POS.
