About the job

The role of the Warehouse Manager at Domes Resorts is vital for the smooth operation of the hotel services, ensuring that all departments have the necessary supplies to deliver exceptional guests’ experiences. Domes’ Warehouse Supervisor manages the inventory and planning of goods essential for the hotel’s operations, while ensuring that all supplies, from food & beverages to linens and maintenance equipment, are efficiently stored, tracked, and distributed. By combining strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality and safety, the Warehouse supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the overall hotel's high standards of service and operational excellence.

Some of the responsibilities:

Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Monitor and record all materials and products in the warehouse. This includes recording stock levels, quantities, date of receipt and expiry date.

  • Ensuring stock levels are always sufficient to meet the needs of the hotel by monitoring consumption trends and departmental needs.

  • Organizing new orders in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring timely receipt of products and materials for the smooth operation of the hotel.

Collaboration with other Hotel Operations departments for timely ordering and distribution of Products

  • Cooperation with all hotel departments (such as Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B etc.) for the proper recording of needs and receipt of supplies, in order to fully meet the needs of the departments.

  • Receiving new orders and distributing them to the various departments of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in quantities and departmental needs.

Supplier Management & Contract Control

  • Working with suppliers, ensuring the continued quality of products and improving purchasing conditions.

  • Monitoring contracts with suppliers to ensure that payment, delivery and quality terms are satisfactory and in Domes Resorts' best interests.

Team Management

  • Directs and supervises warehouse staff, taking charge of assigning duties, training and ensuring performance.

  • Ensure that the warehouse team has the necessary knowledge and skills to manage stock efficiently and safely.

  • Ensuring that the HR department is kept informed of the weekly work schedules of the Warehouse department in a seamless and timely manner.

Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations

  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations, especially in relation to the storage and handling of sensitive or hazardous materials.

Requirements

Useful to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Continuous education in logistics, warehouse management, and hospitality operations is beneficial.

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the hospitality industry or in a high-end retail environment, is essential.

  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, including stock management, ordering, and logistics coordination, is critical.

  • Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus.
