What you'll do
- Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and supplies maintaining accuracy and company standards
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and manage discrepancies for optimal stock
- Ensure all goods are stored safely, cleanly, and in an organized manner
- Coordinate with purchasing department for timely ordering of supplies and materials
- Supervise and train warehouse employees and assign daily duties
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and prepare reports
- Update ERP and warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the warehouse

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and supplies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Warehouse Organization: Ensure all goods are stored in designated areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Procurement Support: Coordinate with the purchasing department for timely ordering of supplies and materials.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse employees, assign daily duties, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, prepare reports, and update ERP/warehouse management systems.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations within the warehouse at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse/storekeeping supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.
Proficiency in ERP systems/warehouse management software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent organizational, coordination, and planning skills.
Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team effectively.
Basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
