What you'll do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly
- Thank guests and bid them farewell, encouraging future visits
- Assist with taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Provide prompt, courteous service throughout each meal
- Set and clear tables promptly
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support service standards through friendly, courteous, and professional service
- Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely food and beverage delivery
Key requirements
- Customer service, food and beverage service, and service standards
- Table setting and clearing, dining area cleanliness, and sanitation regulations
- Health and safety regulations and POS system
- Kitchen and bar coordination and stock management
- Multitasking, planning and organization
- English
- Hospitality Management / Vocational Trainingpreferred
