What you'll do
- Lead the management and performance of Spa and Sports & Recreation operations ensuring service standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
- Develop and implement departmental plans, budgets, and initiatives to maximize revenue and operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, mentoring, and performance management
- Recruit, motivate, and retain team members fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
- Ensure delivery of personalized and innovative wellness experiences by evaluating treatments, products, and service standards
- Monitor and maintain Four Seasons quality standards, cleanliness, safety procedures, and service excellence
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to enhance guest experiences
Key requirements
- Leadership in luxury hotel or resort spa operations
- Spa and Wellness Operations Management including team and budget oversight
- Team Development, Recruitment and Retention fostering positive work environment
- Service Excellence with strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Luxury Wellness Trends and guest expectations
- Safety Procedures and operational priority management
- Hospitality Experience with passion for wellness and innovation
- Multilingual Abilities with fluency in English
- Hospitality Managementpreferred
