What you'll do
- Manage and maintain hotel linens ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution of linens across hotel departments
- Inspect linens for damage or stains and report for replacement or repair
- Record and monitor linen inventory and order new linens as needed
- Organize linen storage space efficiently
- Coordinate with cleaning staff for regular linen removal and replacement
- Ensure cleaning procedures comply with hygiene and safety standards
- Inform management about linen status and suggest improvements

Ο/Η Λινοθηκάριος/α είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση και τη συντήρηση των λινών στο ξενοδοχείο, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι τα σεντόνια, πετσέτες και άλλα λινά είναι καθαρά, καλά συντηρημένα και έτοιμα προς χρήση.
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Διαχείριση Λινών
Επίβλεψη της παραλαβής, αποθήκευσης και διανομής των λινών σε όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου (δωμάτια, εστιατόρια, σπα κ.λπ.).
Έλεγχος για φθορές ή λεκέδες στα λινά και αναφορά για αντικατάσταση ή επισκευή
Διαχείριση Αποθεμάτων
Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση των αποθεμάτων της λινοθήκηες και παραγγελία νέων λινών όταν είναι απαραίτητο.
Εξασφάλιση της σωστής διαχείρισης του αποθέματος και της οικονομίας των υλικών.
Διαχείριση και οργάνωση του χώρου αποθήκευσης των λινών.
Συντονισμός με άλλα τμήματα
Εξασφάλιση ότι οι διαδικασίες καθαριότητας ακολουθούνται σωστά σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
Συνεργασία με το προσωπικό καθαριότητας για την τακτική απομάκρυνση των λινών και την αντικατάστασή τους.
Ενημέρωση του υπεύθυνου για την κατάσταση των λινών και προτάσεις για τη βελτίωση της διαχείρισής τους.
