What you'll do
- Clean, ventilate, disinfect, and arrange rooms
- Change bed linens, sheets, and towels
- Restore rooms to original condition after guest departure
- Clean and arrange shared areas
- Replenish care products in guest rooms
- Check room equipment inventory and report supply needs
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment
- Record and report cleaning supply requirements
- Implement hygiene and safety cleaning standards
- Apply strict cleanliness and hygiene rules
- Inspect for damages and inform maintenance department
- Update room status for readiness
- Respond promptly to special guest requests

O ρόλος της καμαριέρας στα Domes Resorts είναι καθοριστικός στη διασφάλιση της άριστης εικόνας του καταλύματος, φροντίζοντας για την καθαριότητα και την τάξη στα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί αφοσίωση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των καθημερινών εργασιών.
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Καθαρισμός, αερισμός, απολύμανση και τακτοποίηση δωματίων, αλλαγή κλινοσκεπασμάτων, σεντονιών και πετσετών, και επαναφορά των δωματίων στην αρχική τους κατάσταση μετά την αναχώρηση των πελατών.
Καθαρισμός και τακτοποίηση δωματίων & κοινόχρηστων χώρων.
Αναπλήρωση προϊόντων περιποίησης σε διαμένοντες πελάτες.
Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων εξοπλισμού του δωματίου, όπως σαπούνια, σαμπουάν, χαρτίυγείας, και άλλα προϊόντα, ενημέρωση υπευθύνων για αναγκαίες παραγγελίες.
Ορθή χρήση και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού καθαρισμού.
Καταγραφή και αναφορά αναγκών για προμήθειες καθαριστικών και υλικών.
Εξασφάλιση ότι οι διαδικασίες καθαριότητας ακολουθούνται σωστά σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
Εφαρμογή αυστηρών κανόνων καθαριότητας και υγιεινής.
Έλεγχος για φθορές ή προβλήματα και ενημέρωση του τμήματος συντήρησης.
Ενημέρωση για την κατάσταση των δωματίων (π.χ. έτοιμα για check-in).
Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ειδικά αιτήματα επισκεπτών (π.χ. επιπλέονκλινοσκεπάσματα).
