What you'll do
- Support housekeeping and cleaning team
- Assist in cleaning rooms, corridors, and common areas
- Replace and replenish cleaning supplies and linens
- Receive and store clean linens from laundry
- Empty trash and replace bins in public areas and rooms
- Report damages or needed cleaning materials to management
- Repair minor damages in hotel areas if needed
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures according to standards
- Apply strict cleaning and hygiene rules
- Inspect for wear or issues and inform maintenance
- Assist with special requests like arranging furniture and moving beds
- Respond promptly to special guest or colleague requests

O Houseman/ Βαλές στα Domes Resorts έχει κύριο στόχο να διατηρεί το ξενοδοχείο καθαρό και ευχάριστο για τους επισκέπτες. Με την υποστήριξη του στο τμήμα καθαριότητας, εξασφαλίζει ότι το περιβάλλον του ξενοδοχείου παραμένει καθαρό, λειτουργικό και οι επισκέπτες απολαμβάνουν μια άνετη διαμονή.
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Υποστήριξη ομάδας οροφοκομίας και καθαριότητας
Υποστήριξη και παροχή βοήθειας στην καθαριότητα των δωματίων, διαδρόμων και κοινοχρήστων χώρων του ξενοδοχείου.
Αντικατάσταση και ανανέωση ειδών καθαριότητας και λινών (σεντόνια, πετσέτες, κλπ.).
Παραλαβή και αποθήκευση καθαρών λινών από το τμήμα laundry.
Άδειασμα σκουπιδιών και αντικατάσταση κάδων απορριμμάτων στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους ή και στα δωμάτια.
Συντήρηση και εξοπλισμός
Ενημέρωση της διεύθυνσης ή των υπεύθυνων για τυχόν ζημιές ή αναγκαία υλικά για τον καθαρισμό.
Επισκευή μικρών ζημιών στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου (εάν απαιτείται).
Καθαρισμός και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού καθαρισμού.
Εξασφάλιση Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας
Εξασφάλιση ότι οι διαδικασίες καθαριότητας ακολουθούνται σωστά σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
Εφαρμογή αυστηρών κανόνων καθαριότητας και υγιεινής.
Έλεγχος για φθορές ή προβλήματα και ενημέρωση του τμήματος συντήρησης.
Υποστήριξη Ειδικών Αιτημάτων
Συνεργασία για τοποθέτηση τραπεζιών/καρεκλών, μεταφορά κρεβατιών κλπ.
Γρήγορη ανταπόκριση σε ειδικά αιτήματα επισκεπτών ή των συναδέλφων.
