What you'll do
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions

- Manage reservations

Key requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- Knowledge of OPERA system and computer skills
- Courtesy, friendly personality, and neat appearance
- Team spirit

Ως Host/Hostess καλείσαι κατά κύριο λόγο να υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες και να δίνεις σαφείς οδηγίες και κατευθύνσεις, όπως και να συνοδεύεις τους καλεσμένους στους χώρους εστίασης του Ξενοδοχείου. Απαραίτητη επίσης είναι η συνεργασία και με τα μέλη των λοιπών τμημάτων λειτουργίας του Ξενοδοχείου, εξασφαλίζοντας την μέγιστη ικανοποίηση στους επισκέπτες μας.
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Θερμή υποδοχή των πελατών στον χώρο και παροχή πληροφοριών για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες
Ενημέρωσή τους για τον ακριβή χρόνο αναμονής και παρακολούθηση της λίστας αναμονής
Διαχείριση των κρατήσεων
Συνεργασία με το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου για τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση, σε ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες 5 αστέρων
Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και της ελληνικής
Επιθυμητή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
Απαραίτητη η γνώση του συστήματος OPERA και η χρήση Η/Υ
