What you'll do
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customer needs and preferences, recommend suitable drinks
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Design and present the bar menu
- Replenish bar stock and supplies
- Maintain customer-oriented attitude and provide excellent customer experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including excellent cocktail preparation
- Customer service with order taking and drink recommendations
- Bar menu design and bar inventory management
- Compliance with food and beverage regulations
- Customer satisfaction orientation with politeness and friendly personality
- English language knowledge and knowledge of a second foreign language
- Neat appearance and cleanliness
- Team spirit and cooperation
- Tourism / Hospitality and Bartendingpreferred

Bartender
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Παρασκευή αλκοολούχων και μη αλκοολούχων ποτών για τους πελάτες του μπαρ και του εστιατορίου
Αλληλεπίδραση με τους πελάτες, λήψη παραγγελιών και σερβίρισμα σνακ και ποτών
Εκτίμηση αναγκών και προτιμήσεων των πελατών και πρόταση των αντίστοιχων ποτών
Ανάμειξη υλικών για την παρασκευή κοκτέιλ
Σχεδιασμός και παρουσίαση του μενού του μπαρ
Αναπλήρωση αποθέματος και προμηθειών του μπαρ
Διατήρηση πελατοκεντρικής στάσης και παροχή άριστης εμπειρίας πελατών
Συμμόρφωση με όλους τους κανονισμούς τροφίμων και ποτών
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής
Πτυχίο bartender
Άριστη γνώση παρασκευής cocktail με προϋπηρεσία σε υψηλής γαστρονομίας εστιατόρια
Απαραίτητη η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και προαιρετικά μιας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
Ανάλογη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε ξενοδοχεία πολυτελείας ή σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε υπηρεσίες εστίασης
