What you'll do
- Greet and farewell guests with a friendly and polite attitude
- Assist with handling luggage including loading and unloading from vehicles
- Escort guests to their rooms and ensure smooth check-in and check-out in cooperation with reception and concierge
- Transport luggage and personal items safely to and from rooms
- Deliver packages and other items to rooms upon request
- Safely store luggage for early arrivals or late departures in designated areas
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Answer guest inquiries and offer suggestions for dining, entertainment, and transport
- Coordinate transportation services such as taxis and airport shuttles as requested
- Ensure guest safety by following driving and hotel safety rules
- Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management
Key requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Category B driving license
- Stress management ability
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service experience and previous experience in a similar role
- General or equivalent
