What you'll do
- Support housekeeping and cleaning teams
- Assist in cleaning rooms, corridors, and common hotel areas
- Replace and replenish cleaning supplies and linens
- Receive and store clean linens from laundry department
- Report damages or needed cleaning materials to management
- Repair minor damages in hotel areas if required
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment
- Ensure cleaning procedures follow hygiene and safety standards
- Apply strict cleanliness and hygiene rules
- Check for wear and notify maintenance department
- Coordinate placement of tables, chairs, and beds
- Respond promptly to special requests from guests and colleagues
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Good knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Experience in the hotel services sector
- Knowledge of English language
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage time and priorities
- Attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
- Teamwork and cooperation
