What you'll do
- Lead all aspects of hotel operations and oversee every property department
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates against brand standards and SOPs
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities for efficient operations
- Prepare required forms, reports and schedules accurately and on time
- Support, implement and monitor budgets to maximise revenue and control costs
- Monitor guest satisfaction and brand standards, and resolve guest complaints
- Inspect facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Ensure proper hotel maintenance, staffing and equipment
- Oversee compliance with internal audit standards
- Meet and exceed key performance standards and measures
- Balance operational needs, implement strategy and drive business excellence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strengths and weaknesses
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Hotel general management and hotel operations management
- Leadership and human resources management
- Financial performance management, revenue generation and budget management
- Guest satisfaction management and hotel standards and SOP compliance
- Health and safety compliance and internal audit compliance
- MS Office, digital skills, Opera PMS, and English and Greek language proficiency
- Hospitality Management / Tourism / Business Administration
