About the job
The Front Office Agent at Domes Resorts plays a key role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception desk. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all guests experience a pleasant and memorable stay.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first impression in line with Domes Resorts’ hospitality standards.
Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures while delivering exceptional guest service.
Provide information about resort services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Manage guest requests and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and updates according to availability and guest preferences.
Promote resort facilities and upsell room upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
Process billing, payments, and guest transactions accurately.
Maintain guest records in the property management system (Opera) and ensure all information is up to date.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contribute to high guest satisfaction by delivering attentive, personalized service.
Requirements
Useful to have:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
Previous experience in front office, or guest services in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software.
