What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly and with a smile
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped
- Complete front office tasks efficiently including check-in, check-out, invoicing, and telephone services
- Manage guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide friendly and warm service to guests and colleagues
- Maintain the reception's good image and manage guest relations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Excellent command of English and Greek
- Knowledge of a third foreign language such as French or German, knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Very good computer skills, especially knowledge of the OPERA system
- Customer service skills with a polite and friendly personality
- Management of requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Tourismpreferred

Front Office Agent/Υπάλληλο Υποδοχής
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Καλωσόρισμα των επισκεπτών με φιλική διάθεση και χαμόγελο
Άριστη επικοινωνία με όλα τα τμήματα ώστε να διασφαλίζεται ότι όλα τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά, τακτοποιημένα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα για την ικανοποίηση των αναγκών των επισκεπτών
Αποτελεσματική ολοκλήρωση των καθηκόντων του τμήματος Υποδοχής (check-in, check-out, έκδοση τιμολογίων/αποδείξεων, τηλεφωνικές υπηρεσίες)
Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων επισκεπτών με έγκαιρο και επαγγελματικό τρόπο
Παροχή φιλικών και θερμών υπηρεσιών στους επισκέπτες και στους συνεργάτες
Διατήρηση καλής εικόνας της υποδοχής και διαχείριση των επισκεπτών
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Πτυχίο τουριστικής κατεύθυνσης
Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και της ελληνικής
Επιθυμητή γνώση τρίτης ξένης γλώσσας Γαλλικά/Γερμανικά {ενώ η γνώση Ρωσικών θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν}
Διετής τουλάχιστον επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση, σε μεγάλες ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες 5 αστέρων
Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και ιδιαίτερα επιθυμητή η γνώση του συστήματος OPERA
