What you'll do
- Analyze historical and current financial and operational data to assess the company’s financial position.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from reliable internal and external sources.
- Prepare data and communicate results through tables, charts, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Prepare financial performance reports tailored to leadership needs.
- Maintain and extend forecasting models for revenue, occupancy, and other metrics.
- Automate recurring analysis and track performance trends.
- Prepare executive summaries of financial and operational performance.
- Review reporting processes and data flows, identify gaps and errors, and propose improvements.
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Financial analysis, accounting, and financial performance analysis
- Data analysis, data validation and integrity, and data visualization
- Financial reporting and applied accounting and reporting standards
- Forecasting models and process improvement
- Business intelligence, Excel, SQL, and Python
- Finance / Economics / Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematicspreferred
