What you'll do
- Drive high-profile transactions in the financial institutions sector
- Apply advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Conduct market screening and identify potential targets or investors
- Prepare persuasive marketing materials, including pitch books and presentations
- Participate in negotiation processes, deal signing, and completion
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and risk teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry leaders
- Support clients’ strategic decisions with insightful analysis
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, and business plan preparation
- Proficiency in MS Office and programming languages for data handling
- Knowledge of valuation techniques, accounting and reporting standards (IFRS, Greek GAAP)
- Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen
- Excellent collaboration skills and client relationship management
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Greek
- Finance / Economics / Accounting / Mathematics / Engineeringpreferred
