What you'll do
- Prepare dishes according to the chef's instructions
- Cook and prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner dishes according to your shift
- Check all products to ensure good quality
- Maintain the kitchen areas clean and organized
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Graduate of a cooking school
- Experience in 5* à la carte hotel restaurants
- Ability to manage kitchen and dishwashing staff
- Knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
- Knowledge of the Greek and English languages
- Culinary Artspreferred

Προετοιμασία των πιάτων σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του σεφ
Μαγείρεμα και προετοιμασία πιάτων πρωινού, μεσημεριανού ή βραδινού ανάλογα με τη βάρδια
Έλεγχος όλων των προϊόντων με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση της καλής ποιότητας
Διατήρηση όλων των χώρων της κουζίνας καθαρών και τακτοποιημένων
Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας στον χώρο της κουζίνας
Διατήρηση υψηλής ποιότητας προσωπικής υγιεινής και εμφάνισης
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Απόφοιτος/-η σχολής μαγείρων
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε εστιατόρια à la carte σε ξενοδοχεία 5*
Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προσωπικού κουζίνας/λάντζας
Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
Γνώση της ελληνικής και τουλάχιστον της αγγλικής γλώσσας
