Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Graduate of culinary school
- 2 years experience in à la carte restaurants in 5-star hotels
- Ability to manage kitchen staff
- Knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
- Knowledge of Greek language and English language
- Culinary Arts
