What you'll do
- Manage and organize a specific kitchen section such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry
- Prepare and execute dishes according to Domes standards
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and auxiliary staff
- Ensure quality, presentation, and proper storage of raw materials
- Comply with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef team for smooth kitchen operations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Manage kitchen staff including chefs and auxiliary personnel
- Prepare dishes according to standards with focus on hot, cold, or pastry kitchen
- Comply with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Ensure quality and proper storage of raw materials
- Communicate effectively in Greek and English
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability, adaptability, professionalism, cleanliness, and team spirit
- Culinary Artspreferred

Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση Commis Chefs και βοηθητικού προσωπικού.
Διασφάλιση ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και σωστής αποθήκευσης πρώτων υλών.
Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας (HACCP).
Συνεργασία με την Executive Chef ομάδα για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της κουζίνας.
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Απόφοιτος/-η σχολής μαγείρων
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε εστιατόρια à la carte σε ξενοδοχεία 5*
Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προσωπικού κουζίνας – λάντζας
Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
Γνώση της ελληνικής και τουλάχιστον της αγγλικής γλώσσας
