What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and engage in friendly conversation
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B staff for smooth service
- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and service
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback for improvement
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Customer service and problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and mixology
- Health & Safety regulations knowledge including food safety
- Inventory management and cash/credit transaction handling
- Effective communication and team collaboration
- Ability to multitask under pressure and computer system familiarity
