What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Manage and grow relationships with Tour Operators, Travel Agents, DMCs, Consortia, and other key partners
- Lead annual commercial negotiations
- Monitor commitments, protected allotments, release periods, and inventory optimization strategies
- Monitor production, market performance, and pickup trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Market Sales Leaders, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams
- Represent Domes Resorts & Reserves at international trade fairs, workshops, sales missions, and industry events
- Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and commercial performance to drive business decisions
- Prepare relevant sales business reviews and strategic plans
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Hotel Sales experience
- Tour Operating business models knowledge
- Contract negotiation and commitment management skills

About the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, strengthening key trade relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in hotel sales with a proven track record within the Tour Operating segment, including contract negotiations, commitment management, protected allotments, inventory optimization, and the development of long-term strategic partnerships across key European source markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Manage and grow relationships with Tour Operators, Travel Agents, DMCs, Consortia, and other key partners.
Lead annual commercial negotiations.
Monitor commitments, protected allotments, release periods, and inventory optimization strategies.
Monitor production, market performance, and pickup trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Market Sales Leaders, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams.
Represent Domes Resorts & Reserves at international trade fairs, workshops, sales missions, and industry events.
Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and commercial performance to drive business decisions.
Prepare relevant sales business reviews, and strategic plans.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Sales, preferably within a hotel group environment.
Proven track record managing international Tour Operating accounts.
Strong knowledge of:
Tour Operating business models
Contracting processes
Rate structures
Commitments and risk analysis / management
Secure allotments and release monitoring
Distribution and hotel sales strategies
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong network of global airline / tour operating partners.
Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
Willingness to travel frequently within Greece and internationally.
