Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Technical Sales and Project Management in building materials or construction
- Government Project Tenders experience and managing large-scale public infrastructure works
- Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background
- Stakeholder Management engaging architects, contractors, and technical offices
- CRM Software and MS Office proficiency
- English Language fluency
- Analytical skills in Sales Data Analysis and Market Intelligence
- Leadership skills for team mentoring and collaboration
- Commercial Compliance and Sales Strategy Implementation
- Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineeringpreferred

What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Sales Execution: Drive the implementation of regional sales strategies to consistently surpass budget targets, while maintaining analytical reporting standards on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
Commercial Excellence & Compliance: Enforce high standards of commercial discipline across the partner network, ensuring full alignment with corporate policies and executing quarterly financial reconciliations.
Market Expansion & Network Optimization: Strategically broaden Knauf’s geographical footprint by identifying and onboarding high-potential channel partners while maximizing the product range and market penetration of existing accounts.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with major contractors and technical firms to funnel high-value project leads and champion the contractor loyalty ecosystem.
Client Advocacy & Resolution: Act as a dedicated point of contact for complex customer challenges, leveraging internal technical resources to provide swift, high-quality solutions and maintain brand integrity.
Demand Generation Leadership: Orchestrate targeted market activities and technical seminars to stimulate demand and position Knauf systems as the preferred choice for modern construction.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, emerging architectural trends, and evolving Government regulations to proactively adapt regional tactics
What skills and qualifications are need:
Technical Education: A University Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
Proven Sales Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in technical sales or project management within the building materials or construction industry, preferably within multinational environments.
Government & Large-Scale Projects: Experience in navigating Government project tenders and large-scale public infrastructure works.
Analytical Strategic Thinking: Advanced ability to analyze market trends and interpret sales data to drive long-term regional growth.
Stakeholder Management: A track record of engaging with key influencers—including architects, technical offices, and contractors—to generate project leads and build loyalty.
Language & Digital Proficiency: Excellent command of English and proficiency in digital tools (CRM, MS Office)
Management Excellence: While a Tier-2 Management degree is a plus, we prioritize your ability to lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment in line with our values
