What you'll do
- Engage with candidates and provide an exceptional experience conveying company values and culture
- Assist in developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, talent databases, and direct outreach
- Use calls, emails, and social networks to engage potential candidates and arrange introductory meetings
- Screen and evaluate resumes and cover letters to identify high potential candidates
- Conduct candidate assessments and structured behavioral interviews to match qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System and other databases
- Act as a brand ambassador by attending career events and presentations
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Experience in Recruitment and/or sourcing activities and candidate sourcing techniques
- Communication skills including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Interviewing skills and candidate assessment techniques
- Use of social media platforms, online job boards, talent databases, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Relationship building skills with ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Outbound communication via calls and emails

You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates who will help us achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
Engage with candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience that conveys Dialectica's values and culture, nurturing their interest throughout the hiring process
Assist in the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to online job boards, social media platforms, talent databases and direct outreach
Utilize calls, emails and social networks to engage with potential candidates and arrange introductory meetings
Screen and evaluate resumes and cover letters to identify high potential candidates
Conduct candidate assessments and structured behavioral interviews to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements and company culture fit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and sourcing activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases
Act as a brand ambassador by attending career events and presentations
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would possess:
At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and/or sourcing activities
Excellent proficiency of candidate sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Able to deliver goals under pressure / tight deadlines
Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment with a thirst for continuous learning
Natural drive and enthusiasm for advanced relationship building skills
