What you'll do
- Calculate performance incentives and validate employee data
- Track performance metrics and analyze data to resolve bonus-adjustment inquiries
- Audit performance data across internal databases for accurate, timely payroll processing
- Build and update reports to monitor performance trends and target achievements
- Align data with Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams for month-end timelines
Key requirements
- Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Data auditing, database data auditing, and data reconciliation
- Operational reporting and report generation
- Performance metrics tracking and performance incentive calculation
- Payroll data validation and data accuracy
- Numerical aptitude
