About the job
Technology powers everything we do at Dialectica - from communicating with clients and finding the most relevant expert profiles in just a few minutes to indexing and categorizing thousands of pieces of information every day. To do so, we have built our own proprietary web application that automates and optimizes the delivery of our market leading services.
To date, the team consists of 90+ people across Software Engineering, Product & Design, TechOps, and is expected to grow further in 2026. Being part of Dialectica’s Technology Team you will have the opportunity to help build tech products according to the requirements of our internal and external clients and share the company’s vision to roll out more information services software products in the future.
About the Role
As Dialectica scales rapidly across the globe, the IT Manager role sits at the heart of that growth. You will be responsible for keeping our infrastructure robust, secure, and ready to support a high growing team in the coming years.
This is a hands-on leadership role based in Athens, Greece with a hybrid work model. You will work closely with your team to own and drive IT operations end-to-end, from maintaining networks and systems to enforcing security standards and ensuring seamless business continuity across all our offices. You won't just be keeping the lights on, you will be building the operational foundation that allows Dialectica's technology and business teams to move fast and deliver at the highest level.
You will thrive in this role if you lead by example, take full ownership of your domain, and genuinely invest in the growth of the people around you. At Dialectica, IT is not a support function, it is a critical enabler of everything we do.
