Our Deloitte Central Mediterranean practice (Greece, Italy, Malta) supports world-leading Clients in designing, implementing and elevating Customer Experience (CX) programs. We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic and international Customer Experience team.

You will play an active role in the configuration of leading platforms in Customer Experience for international Clients, gaining hands-on experience in configurations and the integration of these platforms with third-party systems. During your involvement, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the success of the projects.


Furthermore, as you embark on your journey with us, you will be involved in a training journey designed to equip you not only with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand how the leading platforms work but also to really understand how to manage and elevate the CX. This first step will set the foundation for your involvement within our dynamic team.

For a full coverage of your role, you ought to be able to:

  • Analyze and Configure Business Requirements: Analyze the collected requirements, ensuring that you have everything needed to start the configurations.

  • Technical Expertise: Develop an understanding of the technical aspects of CX platforms, including configuration, tests and integration with other systems.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions to ensure seamless fixes, and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Activities Management: Ensure that activities assigned to you are delivered on time and meet the requested standard of quality.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the team, providing regular updates and raising potential issues in advance.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all the team to deliver comprehensive CX solutions.

Key Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.

  • Flexibility and strong motivation to learn and work in the fast-paced consulting field.

  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously but also within a team: you work independently but thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Problem-solving attitude and determined to investigate potential issues.

  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenge while being involved in challenging implementation projects.


Bonus Qualifications


  • Competences on Qualtrics / Medallia platforms, HTLM/CSS, JavaScript.

  • Previous relevant work experiences.
