What you'll do
- Test SOX compliance for private and public shipping companies
- Audit shipping clients reporting under IFRS and US GAAP
- Align your work with client and Deloitte objectives
- Build and maintain effective relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly to influence team and clients positively
- Seek personal growth and share knowledge within the team
- Act as a brand ambassador reflecting company values
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Audit experience in shipping industry companies using IFRS and US GAAP
- Professional qualification or progress towards JES, AMP, SOEL, ACCA, ACA
- Strong auditing skills based on PCAOB and ISA standards
- Communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to work under pressure with discretion
- Organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
- Accounting / Auditing / Finance / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred
