What you'll do
- Leverage AI and technology solutions to deliver high-quality audit results
- Lead day-to-day audit fieldwork and update engagement executives
- Complete audit processes considering risk and accounting technical issues
- Utilize technology for efficient and effective audit approaches
- Develop understanding of market and industry trends and share knowledge
- Provide on-the-job training to junior colleagues on audit skills and industry matters
- Understand clients' ambitions and improve services and business relationships
- Track developments in financial reporting frameworks such as IFRS and US GAAP
Key requirements
- Professional accountancy qualifications or in progress (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL)
- Audit experience with knowledge of audit risk assessment and accounting technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
- Knowledge of financial reporting frameworks including IFRS and US GAAP
- Knowledge of reporting requirements under SEC and SOX 404
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek
- Experience with using AI and technology in audit processes
- Project management, teamwork, critical thinking, and client relationship management skills
- Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
- Training and mentoring junior colleagues
- Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred
