What you'll do
- Support regulatory gap analyses and risk assessments and translate findings into prioritized remediations and roadmaps
- Design, test, and enhance controls, governance and compliance frameworks, and oversee their implementation
- Conduct and own control testing including adapting test scripts, reviewing evidence, assessing control effectiveness, and preparing recommendations
- Deliver advanced data analysis, process optimization, and tooling support such as dashboard design and automated checks
- Align regulatory requirements with client operating models and business strategies and propose implementation approaches
- Draft and quality-assure project deliverables like presentations, reports, test scripts, and playbooks
- Present findings internally and to client stakeholders as appropriate
- Own and drive defined workstreams within digital transformation and regulatory compliance programs
- Manage stakeholder engagement across IT, legal, and business teams through interviews, workshops, and discovery
Key requirements
- Regulatory compliance, operational risk, and regulatory gap analysis experience
- Risk assessment, control testing, and governance frameworks expertise
- Data analysis, process optimization, and digital financial regulation knowledge
- Stakeholder management and governance requirements skills
- GDPR/data privacy and problem-solving capabilities
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Law / Business / Economics / Finance / Information Technologypreferred
