What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and assess data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
- Support compliance initiatives related to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in creating data catalogs, metadata management, and data lineage documentation
- Provide guidance and training to teams on best practices in data governance and management
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Data governance policies and data management principles
- Data quality frameworks and metadata management
- Regulatory and compliance requirements including data privacy and security
- Data governance tools and data cataloging solutions
- Data ownership and stewardship with data lineage documentation
- Analytical skills and communication skills
- Computer Science / Information Management / related field
