We are currently seeking for ambitious team players to become part of our Regulatory team within our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory business unit in Thessaloniki.

#AboutYourTeam

As a Junior Consultant, you will work in a dedicated model with our Swiss Regulatory Team, gaining hands-on experience in Regulatory, Compliance and Risk Management related projects. Your role will involve:

• Supporting regulatory projects for Swiss and EU clients across industries like banking and pharmaceuticals.

• Conducting research and analysis on regulatory frameworks, including EU laws and Swiss local laws.

• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assisting in risk assessments and regulatory compliance reviews.

• Collaborating with Swiss-based teams and contributing to strategic initiatives.

• (Optional) Traveling to Switzerland for project-related activities.

#Must-Have:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar related academic background.

·       Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English.

·       Excellent PowerPoint skills (ability to create structured and visually appealing presentations).

·       Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)

·       You are keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client.

·       You are analytical, proactive and know how to tackle a problem.

·       You adapt easily to changing circumstances as you enjoy new challenges every day.

·       You are a team player, and you communicate smoothly.

#Nice-to-Have:

·       Legal knowledge in areas such as EU regulations and Swiss local laws (e.g. frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO standards, DORA, NIS2 etc.).

·       Interest in risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial services.

·       Interest in working to financial, healthcare, or similar industries.

·       Willingness to travel to Switzerland when required.
