What you'll do
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support and contribute to clients’ projects
- Lead in addressing client needs through structured problem definition and analysis
- Apply knowledge of strategy development, organizational design, and operating model frameworks in transformation programs
- Support analysis of client business state, industry, and competitor landscape for strategic insights and transformation roadmaps
- Contribute to design of operating models, organizational structures, and business process reengineering
- Support planning and execution of large-scale transformation programs, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Apply project lifecycle knowledge to support planning of transformation initiatives
- Use data, benchmarks, and business metrics to inform decisions
- Assist in preparing project plans and monitor progress against objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of project output
- Contribute to preparation and review of deliverables ensuring alignment with quality standards
- Support sales efforts through research, analysis, and preparation of proposals and presentations
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Strategy development, organizational design, operating model frameworks, business process reengineering
- Large-scale transformation programs, project lifecycle knowledge
- Data analysis, analytical skills, research and analysis
- Stakeholder engagement, collaboration, verbal and written communication
- Presentation skills, MS Office Suite, MS Visio
- Engineering / Economics / Finance / Business Administration
