What you'll do
- Understand pharmaceutical and biotech organizations’ objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Advise on Life Sciences commercial processes, digital transformation, and industry best practices
- Build stakeholder relationships and liaise between customers, project teams, and third-party partners
- Support account growth through strategic planning, customer success initiatives, and new business opportunities
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions that improve adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering Life Sciences technology and transformation programs
- Guide customers in optimizing commercial operations, customer engagement, and platform utilization
- Oversee project governance, release management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Life Sciences consulting, pharmaceutical and biotech commercial processes, and industry regulations
- Business analysis, digital transformation, and project management
- Customer engagement models and Veeva Commercial Cloud
- Salesforce and solution presentation
- Business and technical discussions with senior stakeholders
- Project governance, release management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication
